- The Autumn Empress is a reblooming azalea that will provide months of beauty! The bright pink flowers and dark green make a wonderful addition to any garden year round. Encore azaleas are known to bloom in the spring, summer and fall seasons! Once mature the plant will reach a very manageable 3-4 feet in height and width.
- VISUAL ATTENTION: The Encore Azalea Autumn Empress can be used in large quantities if you would like a low growing hedge, use a single plant as an accent or even plant them in containers bordering patios and walkways. Works well in containers, as an accent or as foundation plantings. This broadleaf evergreen makes for a superior hedge by providing four seasons of color.
- LOW MAINTENANCE: Once established Encore Azalea Autumn Empress is a very low maintenance plants that still demands a statement wherever it is. Although not necessary it may be pruned after the spring bloom to promote future growth. Dwarf azaleas = compact size which means less pruning.
- USDA ZONES: Encore Azalea Autumn Sundance is hardy in USDA Zones 6b-10. Plant in full sun to partial shade as it requires 4-6 hours of sunlight to provide optimum growth and flowering. Water thoroughly twice per week until established, then water once per week. Azalea plants live and thrive in acidic soil with a pH of 5-6.5.
- POTTED PLANT: Ships as a 3-gallon potted plant with soil from the Alabama Gulf Coast. Not guaranteed to be in bloom on arrival. This plant is unavailable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

Afterward, it only needs supplementary water during times of extreme heat and drought. Fertilize your plant with variety specific fertilizer 2-3 times during the growing season, starting in early spring. |
